With " Heavy Armed High School Girls " and " A-Z: " , neco established a distinctive world defined by black tones, heavy mechanical designs, and industrial aesthetics. " Flower Imitation. " marks a bold new chapter, introducing a world centered on white, symbolizing new possibilities and life.

Set in a post-apocalyptic future, the series transforms weapons into pure white life-support systems that sustain their wearers. Through the striking contrast between blooming flowers and ruined landscapes, Flower Imitation. presents a poetic vision of hope, reflecting neco's continual pursuit of new artistic expression.

Flower. represents neco's transition from his signature style of dark, heavily armed mechanical designs to a new visual language centered on white, lightness, and vitality.

Replacing weapons—the traditional symbols of destruction—with flowers that represent life and renewal, the work transforms its once-harsh world into one filled with tranquility and hope.

To complement this vision, the print is produced on mirror-finished acrylic, creating a unique semi-transparent appearance. Reflective surfaces are intentionally left exposed in the water tank and selected decorative elements, allowing light to interact with the artwork and producing exceptional depth and luminosity.

As its title suggests, Flower In. focuses on revealing the character's inner self.
