Purchase Information for Limited Edition Original Art Prints

※ The production, management, and final delivery of all artworks are handled exclusively by
ART VIVANT Co., Ltd.

Please read and agree to the following before making a purchase

①ART VIVANT Co., Ltd. does not accept purchases made for the purpose of future price appreciation, asset growth, investment, or resale.

②We make no guarantees regarding future price changes of purchased works, nor regarding prices in the event that a customer transfers the work to a third party after purchase.

③We do not offer buyback services, nor do we engage in or mediate transactions between third parties.

 

<How to Purchase>

1. Select a ArtPrints and Add to Cart

Please browse our website and search by artist name, artwork title, or other keywords.
Select your desired artprints and add it to your shopping cart.

※ All prints are made-to-order items.
To ensure accurate order details, please contact customer service to confirm the artwork information before placing your order.

2. Semi-Custom Options

If you wish to select semi-custom framing options, please contact customer service in advance to confirm:

  • Specifications

  • Size

  • Semi-order details

  • Final price

※ Once confirmed, semi-order details cannot be changed.

3. Customer Information (Members Please Log In)

From the shopping cart page, click “Proceed to Checkout” to move to the login screen.

First-Time Customers

Please register by entering the required information such as name and address.
Registration is free of charge.

Before registering, please review and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

You may also proceed without registration; however, delivery and contact information will still be required.

Registered Customers

Please log in using your registered email address (ID) and password.

4. Order Confirmation and Payment

After registration or login, please confirm your order and complete payment online.

※ As all prints are made to order, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are generally not accepted once an order is confirmed.

5. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

All artprints are made to order.
The production period is approximately 3–6 months.

Once production is completed, customer service will contact you to confirm delivery details.

※ Progress updates during production are generally not provided.

Shipping Information

■ International Shipping

International orders are shipped via EMS.

a. B4/A3 Goods-Prints

International shipping fees are preset and paid at checkout due to standardized packaged weight.

b. Limited Edition Original Art Prints

Because sizes and specifications vary, international shipping fees are paid in two stages:

  • At checkout: only artwork price

  • After production: shipping fee based on actual packaged weight

Shipping fees include:

  • Shipping cost

  • Transit damage insurance

  • Export handling fees in Japan

※ Any customs duties, taxes, or import-related fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

■ Domestic Shipping (Japan)

Domestic orders are shipped via Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
Shipping within Japan is free of charge.

■ Tracking & After-Sales Support

A tracking number will be provided after shipment.

If damage occurs during transportation, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt.
