Shipping Information
For deliveries within Japan, all shipping costs related to prints and reproduction artworks shall be borne by our company.
For international shipments, shipping fees will be charged separately and vary depending on the destination country/region and the weight and dimensions of the parcel.

Duties, Import Taxes, and Customs Clearance Fees
Customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
For detailed information, please contact the customs office of the destination country.
Payment Deadline
Please complete your payment within one (1) day of placing your order.
If payment is not received within one day, the order may be automatically canceled.
Delivery Timeframe
All Limited Edition Original Art Prints and Goods are made to order. Delivery will be made within 180 days from the date of order.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on order timing and product specifications.
For details, please inquire with our sales representative prior to placing your order.
If there is a significant change in the previously notified delivery timeline, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Standard dispatch is expected within approximately one (1) week, but this may be extended during holidays or inventory periods
Method of Delivery
After we complete shipping procedures, products will be delivered via the designated carrier.
Order Cancellation, Exchange, and Returns
We do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns due to customer convenience. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
Please ensure that you contact our sales representative before placing an order to confirm product details, sales conditions, and shipping methods.
Once an order is confirmed, a system fee is automatically incurred, and we cannot issue a full refund.
No cancellations are accepted after payment has been completed.
However, for products not yet shipped, changes to the delivery address or time slot may be possible.
Please contact us promptly if you wish to make such changes.
*Order Rejection Policy
Please note that we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without liability, to refuse any order for any reason.
This includes, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:
-Some or all of the ordered products are out of stock (either temporarily or permanently);
-The order is suspected to have been placed for resale purposes;
-The provided customer information is suspected to be inaccurate or fraudulent;
-The price of the ordered product contains errors (including mispricing displayed on our website);
-The quantity ordered exceeds the maximum allowed per customer.
Regarding defective products and damage during delivery
If the product you receive is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
If you find any damage or accidents during delivery, please contact us immediately.
We will check the situation and provide an exchange.

Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the notification regarding customs clearance procedures.
■Eligible Cases for Product Exchange
-You received an item different from what you ordered
-The illustration prints sheet has damage or defects
-The frame or acrylic panel is scratched or broken
■Non-Eligible Cases for Exchange
The following issues are due to the nature of the product and are therefore not eligible for exchange:
- Slight deformation of the matte paper and prints sheet
- Slight distortion of the illustration sheet due to the framing specifications
Even if the issue meets the criteria for exchange, the following situations will void eligibility for return or exchange:
-More than 7 days have passed since the item was delivered
-Delay in receiving the item due to inaction or errors by the recipient or their agent/forwarder
-Damage resulting from customer mishandling
-Product has been opened (unless opening is necessary to confirm the condition)
-Slight scratches or folds due to the nature of the product (e.g., autographed items)
-Damage or absence of book wrap (obi)
-Scratches, tape marks, or condition issues on outer packaging (unless the main product or bonus item is damaged)
-Any other condition deemed acceptable based on our internal product standards (e.g., acceptable individual differences)
■Defective Products and Exchange Shipping Costs
In the case of defective products, we will bear the cost of shipping required for the exchange under the following conditions:

Customer’s address in Japan → Our warehouse → Customer’s address in Japan
If a forwarding service is used and the product is shipped outside Japan, all international shipping fees incurred after the product leaves Japan shall be borne by the customer.
[International Delivery]
Customer’s address overseas → Our warehouse → Customer’s address overseas
*Important Notice Regarding Customs
If the recipient fails to complete customs clearance and the product is returned to our warehouse, all costs incurred (including shipping, handling fees, and any reshipping costs) shall be borne entirely by the customer.
