About ART VIVANT Global Store

To make our limited-edition artprints more accessible and convenient for overseas customers, we have launched the ART VIVANT Global Store, an online shop dedicated to serving the international market.

Our physical stores in Japan primarily cater to domestic customers. On-site purchases require completing multiple registration procedures, payment options are somewhat limited, and international shipping is not available. While these processes are necessary, they can pose additional challenges for overseas buyers.

ART VIVANT Global Store eliminates these complexities and geographic restrictions, allowing international customers to enjoy the same seamless and reliable shopping experience as our local clientele.

It is important to note that all ART VIVANT artprints are made-to-order. Each piece is produced individually based on the order, with a production period of approximately 3–6 months, and no stock items are available. This is consistent with the procedures at our physical stores: even if visiting in person, customers cannot take the prints home immediately. This approach ensures the uniqueness and craftsmanship of every piece, making each artprint a one-of-a-kind work worthy of permanent collection.

Through our online store, you can easily acquire your desired artworks, enjoying the delicate artistry and vibrant colors we infuse into each print, no matter where you are in the world.

Purchase Process

We collaborate with numerous illustrators and offer a wide range of artprints in various editions. Some works are not yet publicly listed on the store.
Customers interested in purchasing are welcome to contact us at any time for detailed information. Our team will provide professional guidance and assist in selecting the artprints that best suit your preferences.

Purchase Process:

1️⃣ Select Your Artwork
Browse and choose the artprints that appeal to you, and add them to your cart.
Since all artprints are made-to-order, please contact our customer service before purchasing to confirm the details of the artwork and ensure accurate ordering.

2️⃣ Optional Semi-Customization
Confirm with customer service the specifications, semi-customization options, and pricing for the selected artprint.

3️⃣ Place Your Order
Register an account and complete the payment process.

4️⃣ Production Period
All artprints are made-to-order, with a production time of approximately 3–6 months.
Once production is complete, we will contact you promptly to confirm your shipping address and related information.

5️⃣ Shipping & Logistics

International Shipping

• Delivered via EMS directly from Japan.

• Payment is made in two steps:

  1. Pay for the artprint upon ordering.

  2. After production, pay the actual international shipping cost based on package weight.

• International shipping fees include transportation, insured damage coverage, and Japanese export declaration fees.

Domestic Shipping (Japan)

• Delivered via Yamato Transport (Kuroneko) or Sagawa Express.

• Domestic shipping is free of charge, fully covered by our company.

Tracking
A tracking number will be provided once the order ships, allowing customers to monitor the delivery status in real time and ensuring the artprint arrives safely.
