• Minor warping or slight deformation of the mat board or artwork.

• Slight bending or distortion of the artwork caused during the framing process.

• Due to the characteristics of the frame materials and manufacturing process, small particles may occasionally be present inside the frame. If a noticeably large particle is visible to the naked eye, we will gladly provide a replacement. However, the presence of tiny particles cannot be completely avoided and is not considered a defect.

Framing & Preservation

Our B4 Goods prints utilize the specialized "Sakurahira-type" frame. For long-lasting preservation, a professional-grade protective barrier is inserted between the backing board and the artwork. This effectively shields the print from moisture, slows down paper oxidation, and prevents mold growth.
