Even in cases where personal data is provided to third parties with customer consent, the Company will ensure that such parties implement data protection standards equivalent to those of the Company through contractual obligations, and will conduct periodic supervision to ensure compliance.
Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information
If a customer requests disclosure of the personal information held by the Company, we will respond in accordance with our prescribed procedures.
If any inaccuracies are found in the disclosed information, we will promptly correct or delete the relevant data upon verification.
Opt-Out of Direct Communications
The Company or its affiliates may send customers information on products or services via direct mail, email, or other means if deemed beneficial.
Customers may opt out of such communications at any time by contacting the Company. Upon request, such communications will promptly cease.
